Gloria serves as the organization’s program manager with special emphasis on recruiting, supporting and managing assemblies. She joined Arts Horizons in February 2008, managing Special Events such as our annual gala and Community Outreach at the LeRoy Neiman Art Center in Harlem. She manages the school assemblies in NYC and NJ, plans special event performances, and markets our diverse programs in the arts. Gloria is bilingual and has extensive experience in sales and management.
