announces aTimpact, your online resource for aTi inspired projects, lessons, and ideas!
Created for teachers by teachers, aTimpact is a rich resource containing innovative Best Practices in arts immersion and arts integration inspired by participants who have attended the NJ Artist/Teacher Institute (aTi), a co-sponsored program of the New Jersey State Council on Arts and Arts Horizons.

The blog, aTimpact, provides free, online access to projects, ideas, lesson summaries and plans inspired by aTi and used successfully in the classroom by teachers like you to accomplish the following student goals:

Use aTimpact for access to:

  • aTi inspired Best Practices that can be used across the curriculum for building 21st Century Skills
  • A supportive community of past aTi participants committed to educational excellence
  • An advocacy tool that shows aTi inspired best practices are having an important impact on student learning.

If you have participated in the NJ Artist/Teacher Institute, you're invited to submit your own aTimpact Best Practice to be posted on our site. You can submit at any time, but if you complete and submit your best practice by January 31, 2010 using the form above, you will qualify to receive a $50 Target Gift Card!
